The B5 GT was launched in January 2023. This model is based on the Limousine and Touring versions of the B5 BiTurbo Allrad, complimented with parts unique to this model.

Standard colors are Alpina Blue II and Alpina Green II. Additionally available colors are Arctic Race Blue, Petrol Mica, Verde British Racing, Chalk, Imola Red and Daytona Violet.

Production is limited to 250 units.

The engine is similar to the regular B5 BiTurbo Allrad.

A variety of changes includes flow-optimised air intake duct and air intake silencer as well as higher boost pressure. Engine software has been further optimised. This results in an increased output of 13hp and 50Nm over the standard B5 BiTurbo Allrad.

The engine produces 634hp and 850Nm torque, making it the most powerful production engine in Alpina history.

The suspension setup is similar to the regular B5 BiTurbo Allrad. The Touring version is slightly lowered at the rear. A dome-bulkhead-strut provides additional reinforcement, improving steering precision and feedback.

The wheels are similar to the regular B5 BiTurbo Allrad, finished in Marron Volciano with B5 GT lettering.

As standard the B5 GT models feature Nappa leather with B5 GT lettering embroidered in the front headrests. Optionally, Merino or Lavalina leather are available.

As a unique alternative, a bespoke B5 GT interior featuring sports seats with flared side bolsters is available. These are trimmed in Black Dakota leather with Alcantara Anthracite seat centers with blue color accents and Alpina lettering.

Other unique details include Switchtronic shift paddles in Marron Volciano. All B5 GT models have enhanced standard equipment including heated steering wheel, Harman Kardon surround sound system, Shadow Line high gloss and Anthracite roof lining.

A non-cost option is classic Alpina decor on the front spoiler and sides of the car. For the B5 GT the available colors are Marron Volciano, matt blue or matt green.

The twin tailpipes are coated with titanium nitride for a unique black finish.

The production number of each B5 GT model is shown on the production plaque and in the engine compartment.

Acceleration from 0-100kph is 3,2 seconds for the Limousine and 3,4 seconds for the Touring version.

Top speed for the Limousine is 330kph and 328kph for the Touring version.
